The Rub
If marriage is only what the state defines as marriage, then you'd better pray that your point of view controls the state. Otherwise, you are the victim of your own tyrannical ideology.
I really wish that I was better at that. I do tend throw the "T-Bomb" around too quickly. In this case, I was mostly annoyed with "Howling Mad" Murdock.
I haven't looked into the details to give a real answer. If the idea is to consolidate power, then I am probably bound by my principles to oppose. On the other hand, I need to look at what the executives powers will be.
However, if, come election time, I haven't actually gone and researched the details, then I will not vote one way or the other.
